Shipping Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

At Mahavir Sports we ship sports equipment across India through trusted courier partners. Here's what you can expect.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will let you know before you confirm your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation and payment. Orders confirmed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

These are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, strikes, courier issues or other events beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Delivery charges are not included in the product prices shown on our website.
• Delivery charges are calculated based on your delivery PIN code, the weight/size of the parcel and the courier used.
• Cash on Delivery (where available) may carry an additional handling fee.

The exact delivery charge will always be shared with you on WhatsApp, along with the total payable amount, before you confirm and pay for your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp/SMS so you can track your parcel.

6. Receiving Your Order

• Please check that the package is sealed and undamaged before accepting it.
• If the package looks tampered with or damaged, refuse delivery or note it with the courier, and inform us immediately.
• We recommend recording an unboxing video, which helps us resolve any claim quickly.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
